Friendship Tree – Friendship, Wisconsin

Friendship Tree - Friendship, Wisconsin back

I lived in Wisconsin for 4 years. First living in an old hotel across the street from the “friendship tree”. I was lucky to be there during the christmas holidays & the tree was just beautiful. The hotel I lived in for about 4 months was a 125 year old building. I sometimes wonder if its stil there.

In determining whether the use made of a work in any particular case is a fair use the factors to be considered shall include:
1. the purpose and character of the use, including whether such use is of a commercial nature or is for nonprofit educational purposes;
2. the nature of the copyrighted work;
